You must follow this Anti-Spam Policy.

In short, do not spam anyone. If you do, we will immediately close your engageSPARK account. You will not get any refund.

Words used in this Policy that begin with a capital letter have the definitions given to them in our Terms of Service.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

You are prohibited from using engageSPARK to send any Messages that

  • are offensive,
  • promote anything illegal,
  • harass anyone,
  • constitute marketing or commercial Messages without permission, or
  • violate any laws that are applicable to you, including messages that violate any Anti-Spam laws that are applicable to you.

You also may not send Messages that contain, promote or market any of the following:

  • Pornography or other sexually explicit content
  • Tobacco
  • Escort and dating services
  • Pharmaceutical products
  • Work from home, make money online, and lead generation opportunities
  • Online trading, day-trading tips, cryptocurrency trading, or stock-market-related content
  • Gambling services or products
  • Multi-level marketing
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Credit repair and get out of debt opportunities
  • Nutritional, herbal, and vitamin supplements
  • Adult novelty items or references
  • List brokers or list rental services
  • Activities relating to political campaigns, political candidates, election campaigning, and/or similar activities

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You may not:

  • Put into your Messages any Content that wasn’t created by you, provided for you to use, or that would violate anyone’s rights.
  • Use any misleading or incorrect names, sender identifiers (including phone numbers, sender IDs, short codes, and email addresses), subject lines, message bodies, or other information on the Website or in any Messages created or sent using the Service.
