It provides a great overview of this world and the kind of information I was seeking. I was wondering whether in your research you came across Telco approved regional aggregators that serve Uganda, Kenya, and perhaps other African countries. We are aware of Twilio and Nexmo but would be interested in speaking with, perhaps smaller, regional aggregators that specialize in one or more of these African countries (if they exist).
