Thanks, Phil. We really appreciate your kind comments. Ease-of-use for non tech-users is our key goal! But more than that, engageSPARK will be affordable, completely global in nature, and filled with robust – yet simple to use – features. In future blog posts, we’ll discuss in more detail the existing problems that engageSPARK will solve.

Think there is huge potential in this idea. The mobile phone is the ideal channel for directly engaging the poor. If engageSpark could make this as easy as setting up .. say .. a surveymonkey.com survey it would really save organizations a lot of time and resources.

Think the combination of both voice and SMS will be important, especially within illiterate populations. It’s already possible, I’m glad engageSpark is trying to make it easy.
